    Licensed Professional Counselor
With over 10 years of experience in private practice, I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples navigate life's challenges to unlock their true potential. I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Throughout my career, I have cultivated an integrative, eclectic approach to therapy, blending existentialism, humanism, and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
I believe in the power of human connection and am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where open communication, authenticity, and compassion can thrive. I work collaboratively with clients to bridge the gap between their current self and their ideal self, empowering them to achieve their goals and navigate life transitions with confidence and clarity.
My areas of expertise include working with individuals and families across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I have extensive experience supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, chronic and terminal illness, ADHD, as well as those navigating LGBTQ issues, adoption, foster care, and Alzheimer’s and Dementia caregiving.
I firmly believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and my role as a counselor is to guide and support clients with empathy, respect, and personalized strategies that are tailored to their unique needs and experiences. Whether you’re facing big challenges or working through smaller obstacles, my goal is to help you overcome what stands in your way, so you can live a life that feels more fulfilling and true to who you are.
